Terms of Service
These Terms are an agreement between you and Alacrive Private Limited, at 11, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, India - 110001, for use of Alacrive. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and report suspected misuse. A person helping another adult must have that adult's authority and must not act beyond it.
The service
Alacrive provides general learning, memory, language, logic and wellbeing activities. We grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use it.
Not medical or emergency care
Alacrive does not provide diagnosis, treatment, clinical monitoring, medical advice or emergency response. Scores and progress are motivational learning information, not measures of cognitive or medical status. Seek qualified care for health concerns and local emergency services for urgent help.
Family features
An elder must approve family access. Family users may use shared information only to support the connected member and must respect confidentiality. Either participant may revoke access. Family features do not create a professional caregiving, fiduciary or emergency-monitoring relationship with us.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans and trials are not currently offered. There is no paid checkout, automatic renewal or collection of payment-card details. If paid service is introduced, we will first show the total price, taxes, billing period, renewal, included features, cancellation and refund terms and obtain express confirmation.
Acceptable use
Do not access another account without authority, probe security, automate abusive requests, upload unlawful material, infringe rights or use family features to surveil, coerce or exploit a vulnerable person.
Ownership and submitted content
The service, software, branding and supplied content belong to us or our licensors. You retain rights in submitted content and permit processing only to operate, secure and support the service as described in the Privacy Notice.
Suspension and closure
You may close your account through Settings. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful conduct, material breach or protection of another person, with notice where appropriate.
Responsibility
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Availability and particular learning outcomes are not guaranteed. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or decisions made by treating learning progress as medical information.
Law, grievances and changes
Indian law governs these Terms, with courts in National Capital Territory of Delhi having jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
